Florida beach wedding photographers/ Larae + Terry

Larae and Terry picked the most picturesque spot in Florida for their summer beach wedding. Larae chose Mexico Beach, FL because it is not crowded and touristy like the other beaches of Northwest Florida. We drove from the ever popular Destin, FL for their rehearsal and wedding. It was a short drive from the crowded beaches of Panama City, Florida. We drove through Tyndall Air Force Base and right into Mexico Beach. The houses are right on the beach and so close to the ocean. Larae and Terry decided to wed right before sunset to maximize the beauty of their ceremony. Their love for each other is all they needed once their eyes met on the beach, it did not matter who else was there or what the weather was doing. All their family and close friends were present for the ceremony full of tears of joy. It was a breezy day but the weather was nice and the ocean waves crashed as they poured their unity sand straight from the beach. We took some sunset photos mainly of the just the couple because it was their day and they got some much needed alone time together spending their honeymoon on Mexico Beach after the wedding day. Congratulations Larae & Terry and thank you for letting us travel with you to enjoy your special day. It was an honor to be a part of such a beautiful wedding.

Mr. & Mrs. Johnson,
You both have made such an adorable couple. We are so very proud of you both. Proud for setting a goal and achieving it. I’m sure the road has been rough from time to time, but never-the-less neither of you ventured from your plans.
In closeing, not by any means do either of us know any secrets to a successful marriage. Maintaining your on identity and a sense of your on self-worth is all we can leave you with. Congratulations & God Bless. Wesley, Donna & Family

Nashville Wedding photographers/ Erika + Tyler sneak peek

We had a blast shooting Erika and Tyler’s southern style wedding on the hottest day in June. Sleeping Bear Lodge was a beautiful location to have a wedding. Here is a few sneak peek images from their wedding. Full post coming soon!undefinedundefined

Southern wedding at Baskin Chapel and Governor’s Club

April showers bring May flowers and all the days leading up to and the day following this wedding were full of showers. The day of the wedding, the clouds parted and it was a beautiful day to get married. Jessica and Jeremy wed at the beautiful European-inspired Baskin Chapel at Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, TN. Jessica and Jeremy met in college and have been together for seven years. After saying “I Do” on Concord Road, they traveled a few minutes down that same road to The Governor’s Club for a gorgeous reception. The venue was beautiful indoors and out. The meal was buffet style indoors complete with mashed potatoes served in martini glasses. The wedding cake was center stage on a landing by itself for all the guests to see the bride and groom cutting it from any seat. The Governor’s Club provided a tented dance floor with DJ stage along with tables all over the surrounding grounds. The tables were covered in beautiful red flowers. The bridesmaids dresses were candy apple red and that red popped in the photographs! Speaking of pop, a soft drink(non-alcoholic) and open bar was offered to guests. A candy bar was offered to soothe guests’ sweet tooth prior to the cake being cut and served. The bride and groom even had their own table underneath the gazebo for their first meal as husband and wife. Michael and I had a great time providing the photobooth for guests. It was a fun time for all taking photos with our props of hats, glasses, boas and mustaches while everyone was dancing the night away. At the end of the night, the newlyweds drove off in a Rolls Royce on their was to their honeymoon destination-Antigua. But enough of our details, see them for yourself:
